It’s so much better than similar condo in Orange County but at half of the price. It’s a quite neighborhood with a great snow Mountain View . Also a great room actually better than three star hotel room.

I liked the closeness and convenience to great places to eat and amenities around town. It was close to the sports complex where we were in town for a tournament. The pictures online make it look a little nicer than it actually is. None of the COVID protocols were followed including staff not wearing masks or social distancing or requiring public to wear masks indoors. Rooms and furniture were a bit outdated and worn or chipped and there were some marks on walls and stains on carpet which I couldn’t get over. The bathroom was large and clean and beds are comfy. We didn’t spend too much time in the rooms so it was okay. Needs actual fitness center. That was not accurate either. They had broken elliptical and one running treadmill and that was it. The prices were good and we went off of reviews which were mostly good. It worked for us since we had to stay for four days and didn’t want to spend a fortune on a hotel. They can definitely improve and make it more updates and cleaner. The service is not the friendliest and modify is there when you come in or out so it feels not so welcoming.

I recently visited Chino Hill CA.
I recently visited Chino Hill CA. I booked a room in Hotel Chino Hills from January 24 -26. When I booked the room, I chose the option for breakfast included in that price but they didn't serve the breakfast. I already paid the amount including breakfast for four-person. When I asked the hotel staff, they said you booked your room via Booking.com so, you have to check with them. It's totally unbelievable and ridiculous.

The fact that I liked the most was that I got a room next to my family members who visited from Romania(the lady at front desk asked me how I found out about this hotel and I told her that main reason was to see the family who booked this hotel in advance).
